• "Project" refers to specific sports event content service packages or individual services provided to users by the platform.

2. Overview of Service Terms

All services are subject to this User Agreement and individual service agreements. Individual service agreements will elaborate on:

• Event coverage and content features
• Information updates and releases
• Service content and usage regulations
• User conduct guidelines
• User data and privacy

For specific projects or value-added services, their exclusive service agreements will take precedence over the provisions of this User Agreement.

3. User Obligations

Your user commitments:

• Provide complete and accurate event information as needed.
• Provide all reference materials required to support us in providing services to you.
• Respond to and address any issues or requests you provide in a timely manner.
• Make payments according to the agreed payment cycle and method of the platform.

4. Fee Structure and Payment

All service fees are priced in RMB, unless otherwise clearly stated in the service details.

• A certain percentage of prepayment is usually required to initiate and guarantee the provision of services.
• The final service fee must be settled in full before the completion of content delivery.
• Overdue payments may incur additional late fees.

5. Content Update and Adjustment Mechanism

Our standard service packages include:

• Daily featured events
• Weekly popular event reviews

In-depth event analysis beyond the scope of standard services will be charged additionally at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon completion of service fee payment, you will immediately receive:

• Your right to use the services for purchased content.

• Original event data belongs to 鲸鱼直播, unless you purchase data usage rights through a specific agreement.

7. Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

• You may cancel services under the conditions stipulated in this agreement.
• Paid fees are generally non-refundable after the service has officially commenced.
• You will be responsible for paying for the services already completed.

8. Scope of Liability Limitation

The 鲸鱼直播 platform is not responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Loss of anticipated profits or potential business opportunities.
• Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

In any event, the total liability of the 鲸鱼直播 platform shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific project that gave rise to the dispute.

9. Platform Usage Guidelines

When using this website and services, you agree not to engage in the following actions:

• Using this platform for any illegal purpose or to infringe upon the rights of others.

11. Notice of Agreement Changes
